What Happens After You Book a Demo

The demo is thirty minutes via video call. You see the live platform dashboard running on demo data for a fictional restoration company — voice agent call logs and transcripts, the insurance payment dashboard showing ACV and holdback status, document intake and OCR results, job milestone automation, and the communication sequence engine. Questions are welcome throughout. After the demo, you receive a written scope of engagement outlining the specific platform configuration for your business — integrations, automations, voice agent script, and deployment timeline. No obligation to proceed, no high-pressure follow-up.

If you proceed, a service agreement is signed and a kick-off call is scheduled within one week. Deployment begins after kick-off and the platform goes live within sixty days. Monthly billing begins thirty days after go-live — not at contract signing.

What if the carrier denies my supplement?

Send us the denial letter and we will write a formal denial response addressing each denial reason specifically. Initial denials are common on O&P and code upgrades. Most reconsiderations succeed with proper documentation and carrier-appropriate language. Denial response is included for supplements we write.
